Who do we help?

We help anyone looking to buy a home and cannot qualify for traditional financing. You must make 3 times the amount of your mortgage payment and have 15% for a down payment.

Example: $200,000 Purchase Price
15% down would be $200,000 * 0.15 = $30,000
If the mortgage payment is $1,800, you would need to make $1,800 * 3 = $4,800 in Gross income. Gross income is BEFORE taxes.
